Shipping Policy

Shipping and Processing

We process and ship our products as soon as possible once your order is placed. The time for orders to be processed and shipped is around 3-5 business days.

Shipping Times may vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days

Remember that these estimated times could be subject to change or unexpected delays due to factors such as weather, customs, or carrier delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to follow your shipment's progress.

Incorrect Addresses, Payment, & Contact Information

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, payments, and contact information given on an order. It is important for customers to check that they have the correct information before placing an order.



Return Policy

Returns

Any and all returns must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unaltered, with tags, in its packaging, and free of fragrances. If you are looking to exchange the product, we only offer exchanges if the product you want is not already sold out. If you would like another item, please place a new order.

Proof of an unaltered product and proof of purchase are required.

Please contact us right away at info@arthurkille.com with your order number, description of the situation, and required proof of unaltered product.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping method so that you are not responsible for lost or damaged items upon return.

Damaged & Defective Items

If the product you received is damaged, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit. We will work with you to provide a suitable solution. Note that replacements for your order can only be provided if the item has not sold out. If you would like another item, please place a new order. Otherwise a refund or store credit will be provided.

Proof of a damaged product on arrival and proof of purchase are required.

Please contact us right away at info@arthurkille.com with your order number, description of the situation, and required proof of damage product on arrival.

Please note: You do not need to return the damaged package. You will receive a suitable solution based on the situation.

Exchanges & Replacements

As stated above, we only offer exchanges if the product you want is not already sold out. If you have returned an item or an item arrived damaged and would like another, please place a new order.
 

Refunds

If you are returning an item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund also.
